Rob and Kirk are the owners of Hallmark Moving
30 years ago, Rob started by learning the craft of packing furniture and managing highly complex family moves, a bit later Kirk started a business making high quality and sustainable packing materials used by movers.
Why we started Hallmark
Whilst we came into moving from different angles, we found common ground in Hallmark and our mission to provide people with a better moving service.

We want to bring back the art of moving
We feel something was lost in the last decade. Like many things, furniture and belongings have become disposable, and with that the art of high-quality packing and moving is disappearing.

We believe people don’t want to throw away well-made furniture and replace it with generic flat-pack pieces. They also don’t want untrained people in handling their move.
​
So, we made a moving business for people who love their homes and value what they have. Whether it’s your grandmother’s sideboard or a unique art work requiring bespoke treatment, we offer the skills and service you need.
